Quotes and scope

Each project starts with a written quote that lists what is included. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins.

Payments

Unless agreed otherwise, projects are paid 50% to start and 50% before go-live. Monthly services are paid in advance. Prices are in INR.

Ownership

Once paid in full, the website, code, content and data belong to you. Domains are registered in your business name.

Your responsibilities

You provide content, approvals and access in good time, and confirm you have the rights to the material you send us.

Hosting and support

Hosting, email and maintenance plans renew for the period you choose and can be stopped with notice at the end of a billing period.
