Projects

If you cancel a project, we keep payment for work already completed and agree any balance with you in writing.

Monthly services

Monthly plans can be cancelled with notice before the next billing date. The current month is not refunded.

Hosting and domains

Domain registrations and third-party licences cannot be refunded once purchased.
